The second annual Student Spooky photo show is at Mt. Tom’s Ice cream shop and art gallery in Easthampton, MA for the month of October- check out cool new spooky photos by sone of my photo students for the Halloween season! 34 Cottage street, Easthampton, MA.

New street, architecture & landscape photos. This collection is inspired by the idea that sometimes it doesn’t matter how fancy or expensive your camera is- “the best camera is the one that’s with you” (as photographer Chase Jarvis and others have said). I am most interested in making photos that capture interesting, unposed real-life moments that feature dramatic natural lighting and evoke a timeless feeling, using a wide variety of digital & film cameras. A few of my favorite locations for photos include: ocean beaches, unique landscapes in Northampton/Western MA and New York City (among other places).

This show is a best of collection combining some of my favorite street photography and historic buildings architecture photos from the last two years. It is being displayed in the beautiful and historic Hosmer Art Gallery.

Art Walk/Opening for the Historic Haunted Houses Photo Show will be on Saturday, September 8th, 5-8 pm. Photos by Jesse Merrick and Rosa Sullivan-Merrick, a father and daughter collaboration.

My Art Show Opening will be on Friday, 8/10/18, 5-7 pm. Using black & white photography, I have been exploring the theme of open space and "breathing room". Recent work also includes a focus on capturing spontaneous and mysterious moments and a timeless atmosphere. Photos include landscapes, architecture, and people interacting with their environments in Northampton, Boston & Cape Cod, in MA, NYC and other locations.
